• Cosmetic damage happens, if your warranty includes ADP, we can repair or replace cracked cases, loose hinges, broken screens, etc.
• Replacement hard drives, memory & processors can be timely and complicated to repair. We will work with HP to get warranty items replaced and installed based on manufacturer specifications.
